2008 Water Conservation CalendarHillsborough County students created water conservation artwork and poetry as part of Tampa Water Department‘s school-based conservation education programs during the 2006-2007 school year. These programs empowered students and provided them with the practical knowledge needed to conserve a non-renewable resource that’s essential for good health and our quality of life.
The 2008 Tampa Water Department Water Conservation Calendar, created using student artwork and poems, can be downloaded or printed in pdf format. Three versions are available:
2008 Water Conservation Art and Poetry Calendar (one month per page)
2008 Water Conservation Art Calendar (6 months per page)
2008 Water Conservation Poetry Calendar (3 months per page)
All calendar pages are scaled to be printed on an 8.5” x 11” page in a portrait orientation. Printing preferences, including the number of pages printed at one time and color settings, can be controlled using your own printer settings. Please note that the calendar artwork is in full color and may require large amounts of colored ink, if using a printer with ink cartridges.
Congratulations and our appreciation to all of the students, teachers, schools, and families that participated in the projects leading to the development of the 2008 Tampa Water Department Water Conservation Calendar. We hope these students’ examples lead to awareness about the need to wisely use our community water resources. You can download the complete calendar (4.06mb PDF) or one month at a time for a smaller file download. Need Adobe Acrobat Reader?
