The City of Tampa Department of Growth Management and Development Services is comprised of the following divisions: Administration, , Architectural Review & Historic Preservation, Construction Services,  Housing & Community Development (HCD),  Land Development Coordination and Urban Planning (LDC), Real  Estate and Urban Design. Our overall department function is to ensure safe and affordable housing  and commercial structures that are compatible and compliant with applicable codes and ordinances.
