TAMPA INCENTIVES:

For redevelopment and development projects in the zoning categories of YC-1 and YC-3, an in-lieu parking fee ordinance is in place that has traditionally waived all parking requirements for these areas. For more information, please contact the City’s Land Development Office at 813/274-8405.
