Preliminary Plan Review

You can use our Preliminary Plan Review conference for both residential and commercial projects to come in and speak with all of the plan reviewers at one time to discuss your project and find out if it will meet the local code requirements. Our friendly staff will assist you in any modifications to your project, and if a waiver is required, they will direct you on how to apply for one.
