The Construction Services Division has complied all of the current construction codes to be adhered to for all residential and commercial building projects within the City of Tampa.  These codes have a significant impact on your construction projects and we hope by housing them together in a single location will make the process of finding building codes a simple and quick process.

The Florida Building Code is now in effect as of October 1, 2005 and has an impact on your construction projects.
