Changing the Business of Government

On November 14, 2007, Mayor Pam Iorio announced a three-year initiative, which takes a fresh look at how the City of Tampa delivers services and provides an on-going mechanism for evaluating ideas to save money or increase revenue.

Changing the Business of Government is a systematic approach to assessing internal processes, staffing levels, use of technology and use of the private sector for certain services.
